Project Manager – SAP ABAP - (RefCode:PM SAPABAP)
Job Description:	• Managing and ensuring successful end to end deliveries in the assigned projects, while complying with the organizational quality standards and goals. • Involvement in project planning and execution. • Team management, mentoring and assessment. • Involvement in pre sales support. • Involvement in other organizational initiatives, e.g., SEPG and DPG activities, recruitment activities etc.
Desired Profile:	• Should have good experience of SAP ABAP Technology and would have risen through the ranks with hands on development experience. • Total experience of about 8 to 12 yrs with at least 2 years of hands-on Project Management role. • A proven track record of managing successfully at least two offshore-onshore based FDLC projects involving offshore team size of 12-15 people and duration of the order of 6 months to one year. or • Should have played lead roles in at least two Application Management engagements involving Due diligence for facts finding & data collection, Transition planning involving KT & various stages of the Transitions, Team sizing & work load management, Release Management, Tickets handling & SLA management. • Should be thoroughly conversant with all the key aspects of project management such as Estimation, Stake holder expectation setting & management, Risk & Requirement management, Metrics based Schedule Tracking & Quality management, Effective people management and team mentoring. • Awareness of CMM or CMMI practices will be an advantage.
Educational Qualification.:	BE/B.Tech /MCA
