Team Lead – ETL Datastage - (RefCode:TLETLDatastage)
Job Description:	• The resource will be responsible for executing analysis and design phases of the project and providing technical leadership through the subsequent stages. • The incumbent should have understanding, at an overall level, of the entire system under development at any given time, its business usage, technical architecture, performance and functionality related issues. • As part of the technical leadership, the incumbent will resolve issues and perform reviews for the work products created by the project and assist in first level team management. • It is also important for the person to have experience of direct interaction and requirement gathering process with the customer.
Desired Profile:	• A total of 5 - 7 years of relevant software design and development experience and exposure to formal quality processes. • Demonstrable capability of technical leadership. • Good business knowledge of Datastage 7.x • Should have knowledge of Data Modeling / Data warehouse Designing concepts. • Knowledge of relational and multi-dimensional databases (Oracle, SQL Server). • Ability to travel to client location for project need.
Educational Qualification.:	BE/B.Tech /MCA
