Team Lead – Oracle PL/SQL - (RefCode:TLOracle)
Job Description:	• The resource will be responsible for executing analysis and design phases of the project and providing technical leadership through the subsequent stages. • The incumbent should have understanding, at an overall level, of the entire system under development at any given time, its business usage, technical architecture, performance and functionality related issues. • As part of the technical leadership, the incumbent will resolve issues and perform reviews for the work products created by the project and assist in first level team management. • It is also important for the person to have experience of direct interaction and requirement gathering process with the customer.
Desired Profile:	• Engineers/ MCA s with 5 to 7 years of strong knowledge/working skill in Oracle Database (9i and above) concepts • Strong working skill in PL/SQL (stored procedures, packages, functions, triggers) and SQL tuning. • Able to do requirement analysis and prepare FSD • Good understanding of design and ability to design simple to medium applications • Able to prepare technical documents • Experience of team handling, task scheduling, time estimations • Experience in configuration management • Aware of best coding practices
