- For this particular project, a significant amount of time was spent upfront during the requirements analysis stage, which proved to be a key success factor in delivering the project on schedule.
- A local requirements gathering consultant worked closely with the client to finalize the functional requirements.
- Sopra India initiated the requirements gathering process by facilitating brainstorming sessions with the client's key project stakeholders.
- As a starting point, Sopra India effectively captured these requirements and presented them to the client as user scenarios in the form of Use Cases and GUI mockups.
- As a result, Sopra India was able to quickly understand what was actually required and manage the expectations of the client.
- The next task was to transform those high level requirements into a low level functional specifications document. This document served as the baseline for all functionality requested by the client and for Sopra India's development team.
