The client is a California based enterprise software company focusing on building and delivering software solutions that will maximize the service revenue margins for their customers. The product will complement customer’s existing legacy systems – CRM, Call Centers, Order Mgmt, etc.


The Challenge:
The project is in the early stages of conceptualizing and implementing. The client requires a team that can rapidly analyze requirements as they evolve and be able to create the initial system that matches the evolving definition. Time line pressure is also high due to the need to release the beta version to prospective customer base.
