The scope of the project involved testing the application (structured and unstructured), logging of defects into the client's defect database, tracking the status of defects, verification of defects fixed by the client and status update. Knowledge Rediscovery
The client is a solution provider for fleet scheduling optimization and territory design solutions for time and cost-sensitive distribution, pickup and delivery businesses. The development of the client's system happened over a period of about two years, and was not governed by any structured development process. As a result, the real levels of quality were not accurately known and the supporting documents for the suite were also not available.
